We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we may experience brief downtimes for maintenance, scaling, or unexpected outages. FluxProxy is not liable for loss due to service interruptions.

Our API and automation endpoints are provided for programmatic access only. Abuse or excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

We do not log your traffic or activities while using our proxies. However, we do store essential account data for authentication and billing. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or suspend any account involved in activities that attract abuse reports or compromise IP reputation, platforms, or performance for other users.

FluxProxy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including business loss, downtime, or legal claims.
